when i click on בא"י אמ"ה שעשיתני אשה ולא איש on your post it just brings me to the HU library search page?but there is a farissol siddur for a כלה from 1471 with this language
It used to link to some Italian siddur in MS - not sure how to find it again.
BTW, on Nuscah Sefard see also Shut Bnei Banim V. 2 No. 2
