The one in the center is obviously R' Reines. Dr. Shapioro says that the one next to him (I think he means on the right?) is Rabinowitz of Liverpool). And on the far-right (on the bottom? is R' Maimon.Any further help would be apreciated.
The Rav sitting in the center front row with a top hat is Rav Reines.
